Olson and unani­ mously carried, the follcwing resolution was adopted: RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Otter Tail County Min­ nesota, that WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of CSAH No. 34 from Jet. CSAH 35 to Jet. of C.H. No. 125, 2.5 miles west of Perham, and WHEREAS, the County will be expending State Aid Funds on the inprovement of this road, and WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adquate width for parking on the South side of the road of the preposed construction as a State Aid project must therefore be conditionedupon certain parking restriction, and WHEREAS, the'extend of this restriction that would be a necessary pre­ requisite tothe approval of this construction as a State Aid project in the County has been determined, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, thatthe County shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of CSAH No. 34, Station 73+00 to Station 76+50, at all times.
