Dear Planning Commission:
SAMPSON LAKE, OTTER TAIL COUNTY, JOE KOEP APPLICATION
We have been dealing with Mr. Koep regarding his proposal to construct minnow rearing ponds adjacent to Sampson Lake. The lake is privately owned, as you
may know.
He has applied for appropriation permits from the Dept, of Natural Resources and
based on the preliminary review by this office, I think we will be able to work
out the appropriation permits. I anticipate that his proposal will recieve the
necessary Dept, of Natural Resources permits.
If you have any questions, please advise me.
Thanks.
