Bowman: On September 16, 1985 while on an inspection in the vicinity of your property on West Leaf Lake I observed a severe cut through a ridge next to the lake. Any excavating, grading or filling of shoreland property must be authorized by a Conditional Use Permit. Application for such a permit may be made through our office during normal working hours. A scale drawing of the project must accompany this appliction. Please contact our office before October 4, 1985 to resolve this matter.
