SPECIFY VARIANCE REQUESTED We respectfully request a VARIANCE from the 20' roadway setback, ie., the actual Right of Way (ROW). We wish to locate a garage 0+' from the recorded ROW and 10-f' from the actual ROW. HISTORY: Several years ago, the Township reconstructed the road, moving it 22' to 25' to the north. The old ROW has not been abandoned or re recorded to our knowledge. The Town Board has agreed in principal to allow our garage to be located partially into the recorded ROW. We anticipate formal approval at their June 1st meeting. We believe granting this variance will not be detrimental in anyway to the operation, maintenance or public safety of the road nor the community, (over) I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE/SUBDIVISION CONTROLS ORDINANCE OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY.
