The proposed road will be 16.6' wide by 161.76' long (approx.), the easement road will service our lot and Tri Tr. NW Cor Lot 39 & Gov Lot 5 (adj. lot to the west). We will plant grass and trees on the slope after work is completed. The old road will be seeded into grass. The slope goes to the east, not towards the lake.
