(7:48 p.m.) Ken and Nancy Moen, Lot 14 Block 1 Cordes Beach and part of Government Lot 2, Section 32 of Dora Township by West Silent Lake, requested a variance to subdivide .32 of an acre from and existing 1.80- acre metes and bounds parcel for permanent attachment to Lot 14 Block 1 of Cordes Beach. A registered surveyor’s drawing of both parcels is on file in the County Auditor’s office. Both parcels exceed the minimum size requirements for platted lots on a recreational development lake. The purpose of this request is the relocate the common lot line between the two existing parcels.
