The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request, After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried to approve a 65' variance from the required setback of 100' and a variance from the shore impact zone area for the construction of a 26' by 70' home, No additional variance should be required.
