The Board noted that this proposed development would be no closer to the side lot line than the existing structure. After additional discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 10’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 14’ by 2T, two-story addition to Cabin No. 5 which will be 90’ from the ordinary high water level with the following conditions: 1) the 10.4' by 12.3’ shed must be placed at least 10’ from the side lot line and no closer to the ordinary high water level than Cabin No. 1 and 2.) the 10.3’ by 12.4’ shed (pump house) must be moved out of the road right-of-way. Both of these conditions must be met before any permits can be issued for the proposed development. Randall Mann, Chair, polled the audience with Frank Schander requesting that the required 10’ side lot line setback be maintained. At the hearing, the applicant noted that he would like a 10’ variance from the required 10’ setback for the placement of two holding tanks right next to his garage. After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion to approve the variance as requested. This motion died for lack of a second. After additional discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to table, with the verbal permission of the applicant, this hearing until the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment so that the appiicant can contact a septic system installer for a proposed septic system installation plan/report that indicates that the proposed location is either the best or only place to located the two holding tanks. udith and David D Oeifke - Approved as requested.
