After additional discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 10’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 14’ by 2T, two-story addition to Cabin No. 5 which will be 90’ from the ordinary high water level with the following conditions: 1) the 10.4' by 12.3’ shed must be placed at least 10’ from the side lot line and no closer to the ordinary high water level than Cabin No. 1 and 2.) the 10.3’ by 12.4’ shed (pump house) must be moved out of the road right-of-way. Both of these conditions must be met before any permits can be issued for the proposed development. After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion to approve the variance as requested. This motion died for lack of a second.
