Dear Mr. Hermanson:
On October 4, 1991, I made an onsite inspection of your property. The
purpose of this inspection was to determine whether or not the permitted
fill material you placed onsite (Conditional Use Permit #5(802) and your
unpermitted beach sand blanket were in' compliance with the provisions of the
Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tall County.
Please be advised that both of your projects are hereby approved.
In the future, no fill material (sand or organic) may be placed onsite
without a Conditional Use Permit from this office.
If you have any questions regarding these projects, please contact our
office.
