Tne cabin is supported by cement blocks which have shifted. I would like to lift the
cabin straight up and repair the footings so this doesn't happen again, relevel the
cabin, then set the cabin down on the new footings. There is no intent to change the
location of the cabin.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND
MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE/SUBDIVISION CONTROLS ORDINANCE OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT LAND &
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.

After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously
carried, to approve the variance as requested in the variance application dated July 7, 2004. The Board noted that the
dwelling would be placed in the same footprint and that the proposed project is maintenance.
