OMOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the location
of a storage shed no closer than 54' to the ordinary high water level with the condition that an existing shed
mcated 8 from the ordinary high water level will be removed immediately and that a second storage shed will
be removed upon construction of the new structure.
