Parcel #1 95,832 square feet with 10.4% total impervious surface. Parcel 2 126,324 square feet to be adjoined to Krueger property (Parcel #54000020014008). Resulting Lake front property Parcel #1 would be less than 5 acre minimum as listed in ordinance. Derek and Mindy Krueger represented the applicant at the public hearing. After consideration and discussion, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Ward Uggerud and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed subdivision as described in the variance application dated October 8, 2015 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance application with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be presented at the time of conveyance. After consideration and discussion and with the applicants’ verbal consent, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by David Wass and unanimously carried, to table this public hearing until the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, which will provide the applicants with an opportunity to review the impact of the permeable pavers on the neighbor’s property, to consider reducing impervious surface coverage to 25% or less, the possibility of extending the culvert to relocate the driveway and to consider alternatives that will place the proposed garage more than 5’ from the lot line.
