Raymond and Peggy Suess - Approved as requested. (8:30 p.m.)
Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed
development being no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling, which is assumed to be
approximately 39’ from the ordinary high water level. Hardship is the terrain. It was also noted that the proposed
development will not obstruct the view from the adjacent properties and that it will be in line and/or behind the existing
string line.
