After considerable discussion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter, to approve, by reason of not setting a precedent in a unique situation where the property would be put to better use than the resort situation at present, contingent upon restrictive covenants being placed on the deeds allpwing only a single family dwelling on each parcel. After further discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to table for further information. The motion was seconded by George Walter and carried with Frank Lachowitzer voting 'ho." Luella E. After discussion, motion was made by Frank Lachowitzer and carried, to grant approval, subject to submission of the su>"veyor's drawing, William A. Prigge, Kenning, MN, requested permission to build a larger garage on approximately the same location, on Pt, of Res, E lying N of Lot 15 and South of old road, and Lot 15, Leaf Lake Pleasure Grounds, Leaf Lake Township, one foot from property line. After discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Torn Stringer and carried, to approve, using existing location, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as neighbors, with garage entrance being out of the stream of traffic. Kevin Johnson. Fargo, ND, requested permission to replace roof and extend present building with a car port (roof only), 2' from lot line, on Lot 8, Block 2, Pelican Point, Dunn Township.
