MOTION AS FOLLOWS: Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1’ from the required 3’ vertical separation of the lowest floor from the ordinary high water level for the construction of a 22’ by 24’ garage having a 2’ vertical separation from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 20’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the construction of an addition to a cabin 0’ from the road right-of-way.
