February 3, 1983- 2 -Board of Adjustment
Dolores Tutor, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to place second dwelling on one
lot described by metes and bounds description in Government Lot 2, Section 23, Leaf
Lake Township, or split lot into two 2.5 acre parcels by metes and bounds description.
Ms. Tutor was represented by her sister. Marguerite Nelson. Also speaking was Robert
Nephew, neighbor.After considerable discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer,
seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to deny, no adequate hardhip shown.
•James D. Hansen, Fargo, ND, requested permission to place dwelling 80 feet from lake
rather than the required 100 feet, on Lot 12, Peninsulas, Dora Township. After dis
cussion, motion was made by Frank Lachowitzer, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried,
to deny, no adequate hardship shown, next lot owner constructing building at 100'
set-back.
Douglas Kramer, Henning, MN, requested permission to remodel second story of garage
for second dwelling on Lot 2, Rainbow Lodge, Girard Townsliip.
