After consideration, motion was made by Jdin Everts to approve a variance using the "string test" allowing building no closer to the lake than the neighbors on either side. The motion was seconded by Victor Petterson and carried upon the following vote: Yes - all No - none Veryl K. Johnson, Henning, MN^ requested permission to build an 8' x 10' storage building fifteen feet from shore, on Pt. Lot 5, Section 21, Leaf Lake Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny for lack of hardship. The application was then with­ drawn by Johnson prior to a second. Arthur H. Wagener, Waconia, MN, requested permission to split a 2.01 acre parcel with 400' of lakeshore, in G.L. 1, Section 15, Edna Tcwn­ ship, into two equal metes and bounds description parcels. Also appearing was JceEsser. After consideration, motion was made Victor Petterson, to approve provided the split results in two buildable sites requiring no further variances, each lot having no less than 150' shoreline, 200' deep, accompanied by a surveyor's drawing.
