As we discussed, the following findings will be the restoration plan for the property. Your Conditional Use Permit requires the following: 1. Recreate the swale (to a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 slope) on the lakeside of the cabin to allow for storm water retention. The removed fill - up to 24” deep - can be brought up hill toward the canal to fill and level that area. Area must be re-vegtated.(Green highlighted area on your map.) 2. Rake and cover with 3 to 4 inches of topsoil the area to the lake that had been back-dragged. Area must be re-vegetated. (Yellow highlighted area on your map.) 3. Finish the retaining walls on the cabin and backfill as needed. (Pink highlighted area on your map.) 4. Remove approximately one half of the sand beach, up to 9” deep. Remove from the canal side and re-vegetate. Sand may be placed on the other side of the dock, for float plane access. (Blue highlighted area on your map.) The deadline for completion of the project is September 1,2011. Upon completion of all of the requirements of the CUP, please contact me and I will inspect the site once again.
