It was noted that the approval of this application is consistent with past Board of Adjustment decisions. Susan Poolman, Lots 2 and 3 Block 2 Clearview and Lots 2 and 3 Block 5 King’s Addition to Clearview, Pelican Lake in ''j: Scambler Township, requested the following: Requesting to split substandard contiguous lots in the same ownership and reassign to have front lots permanently attached to back lots creating two lots for single family residential use.
