their testimony.
Craig Anderson: Concurred with the other gentlemen in that no hardship was shown.
Dwight Marshall, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to add an 8' x 32'
addition to enlarge garage capacity to allow for two cars, 8.3' from property line
on Lot 4 of Highway Terrace, Aurdal Township. After discussion, motion was made
by David Trites, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried to grant variance, ad long
as the affected neighbor is in agreement.
Donald L. Gustafson, Henning, MN, requested permission to park a 7' x 14' camper
on a parcel in G.L. 5, Section 17, Leaf Lake Township, on a year around basis.
Speaking against granting of variance was Melvin Kirkoff, with letter of opposition
from Albert C Dorothy Rosenow, Jerry Carlson, Jerry Hause, Raymond Betts, and John
Meiiio, Jr.. After discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by
David Trites and carried, to deny approval.
Harry Sell, Cottage Grove, MN, requested permission to construct a 24' x 24'
garage on existing slab approximately 3' from lot line between Lots 17 6 18,
Basswood Ridge, Trodenskjold Township. After discussion and speaking in favor
by the adjoining neighbor, Hilding Tjaden, motion was made by Craig Anderson tp
grant said variance. The motion was seconded by George Walter and carried with
David Trir.'s and Tom Stringer voting "no".
Ed Piei>koi-'n, Henning, MN, requested permission to build an 8' x 10' or smaller
storage building approximately 20' from Lake, back into bank, on Lot 3, Block 1
of Leaf Lake Properties in Leaf Lake Township, Motion was made by Tom Stringer,
seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to table for lack of information and no
