In front of the walk-out. applicant may bring that area up to it's original contour - must rip rap in front of this filled area. The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners will consider this application on July 12. 1989 at 1:30 P.M. Denied; A motion by Petterson, second by Lee to deny the conditional use application of Austin Korby, Pelican River, 56-PR, R&S, Wly 1520' of Ely 1540' Sl/2 NEl/4 Lying S of Railroad Track, Section 31, Fergus Falls Township as requested as the fill used (in our estimation) was not "clean fill" - there was some petroleum based fill placed in this area also, this is already a sensitive area (i.e. the fish). Howard Goese, Fergus Falls Townboard representative expressed concerns against this project. Voting; All members in favor, except Ackley abstained.
