Section 2, Dunn Township to the July 7, 1993 meeting,
requesting an engineer's plan to ensure the stability of this
project.

A motion by Estes, second by Ackley to approve the Conditional
Use Application of Hark Beroerud. Dayton Hollow Reservoir <56-
824), Dayton Hollow Lot 11, Block 1, Sections 17/18, Buse
Township to allow a maximum cut of 3-4 feet.

Tract, Section 2, Edna Township to the July 7, 1993 meeting,
the applicants are to bring more detailed information.
Tabled;
Tom Hammers, Dennis Dalziel & Gordy Doucette represented the
Application. Dave Woodrich Indicated that some of the major
concerns include the environmental impact on the area and the
traffic flow; Harvey Wickman questioned the numbers given by
the Applicants regarding the occupancy and volume of
people/boats; Delores Bernauer questioned the statistics given
on the usage of the resort and the condominiums; Hary Lowden
expressed concerns regarding the backing onto the road
is very close to a busy intersection; LeRoy Dietz expressed
concerns on the diversion of all the run-off into the low area
(would it create a swamp?) and he also indicated that the road
is not yet vacated; Cathy Kratzke was concerned with the
numbers of condo units being developed and with the
environmental impact on the area; Robert Hoe expressed concerns
regarding the Condo Declaration and also requested more
detailed information; Alan Krueger expressed concerns (effect
on the lake/water quality); Norman Hundt indicated that if the
road is vacated, he will not have legal access to his property.

Perham Turtle Fest
Motion by Windels, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to authorize the close of
CSAH 80 and 8, Perham, for June 27, 199 3, for parade purposes in connection with the

Motion by Stone, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to award the bid of

Tractor/Loader/Mower
The Highway Engineer was directed to proceed with development of bid specifications on a
tractor/loader/mower and to establish a bid date on same.
July 4th Parade
Motion by Lindquist, seconded Stone and unanimously carried to tentatively approve,
a July 4th parade requested by Pat Garza on CSAH 72 from the nursing home to the bridge
along Otter Tail Lake, subject to final approval of the Sheriff.
Conditional Use Applications
Motion by Windels, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to uphold the decision of
the Planning Commission to deny the Conditional Use Application of Brenda Minge,
Rose Lake, citing the applicant failed to appear.
Motion by Lindquist, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to uphold the decision of
the Planning Commission to approve the following Conditional Use Applications;

Jewett Lake, with an added condition that the floral consulting service be limited to
not more than four business visits per month.
