After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion , seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve the'proposed development’with’the following cohditions: 1.) any part of the structure having a
height over three feet must be placed behind the building. Ijne as shown on the proposed.site plan submitted with the
variance application, 2.) all other setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance must be met and 3.)
r. no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with irhpervious surfaces. The Board noted that the variance as
approved would provide the applicant with a reasonable use of this substandard lot.
