The granting of this variance should place the garage approximately 41 ’ from the center of the township road and should provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their property. It should be noted that the Board of Adjustment understands that the placement of the garage in this location, on the applicants’ property, requires a variance from the protected waters which are located across the township road and hereby approves by their previous motion the necessary variance. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
