Terry and Melva Shonblom - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the construction
of a 24’ by 24' garage, with the easterly side of the garage placed as depicted on the applicants’ drawing, with the
condition that the ingress and egress doors must open to the north and with the condition that impervious surface
coverage cannot exceed 25% of the total lot area. The granting of this variance should place the garage
approximately 41 ’ from the center of the township road and should provide the applicants with a reasonable use of
their property. It should be noted that the Board of Adjustment understands that the placement of the garage in this
location, on the applicants’ property, requires a variance from the protected waters which are located across the
township road and hereby approves by their previous motion the necessary variance. Hardship is a substandard lot of
record.
