Warren C. and Elizabeth Bakke - Approved the variance application with a condition. (6:02 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously, carried to approve
the development as described in the variance application dated September 9, 2009 with the condition that all of the proposed
development must be located no closer to the ordinary high water level than the neighbor's dwelling to the north. It should be
noted that the variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development.
