VARIANCE REQUESTED IS: variance requested is a setback of 150 feet fran the lake shore
of Chautauqua Lake for a single family hone site. The variance is needed as the hone is
to be constructed on an exisiting farm building site with other buildings present and
topographic features that make other locations unsuitable. The farm ownership extends
approximately 1/4 mile north and south of the proposed hone site, thus there appears to
be no damage to neighboring property rights.
