County Drainage Ditch #21 After hearing a report by the Highway Engineer regarding attempts to determine the original elevation of County Drainage Ditch #21, a motion was offered by Portmann, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to direct the Highway Engineer to make application for a public water permit from the DNR for the purpose of a proposed installation of a concrete inlet structure on the centerline culvert under CSAH No. 1. Veterans Home Referendum Video Chet Toso, Veterans Service Officer, provided a promotional video encouraging voters to support the veterans home referendum on November 2.
