Speaking to the issue were David BJork, Donna Olson, JOhn Rose of the Fergus Falls Fish & Game Club, and Darrel Anderson. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny, property owners were aware of the requirements prior to purchase of lot, no adequate hard ship shown. David Bjork, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct dwelling at 150' back from Dayton Lake, Buse Township. After con sideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny, no hardship shown, property in question is on a natural environment lake, and has been since 1971. Wayne Haremza, Perham, MN, tabled from the November meeting, requesting permission to allow a mobile home to remain as located on Sublot A of Lot 5, Section 11, Edna Township on Paul Lake. After consideration motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unani mously carried, to grant a 70' variance, on the condition the mobile home is the only dwelling on the lot, with all other requirements met as to side lot, road set-back, etc.. Joseph Kasowski, Casselton, ND, requested permission to add a 12' x 38' additon to east side of cottage, on Lot 3, Block 3, Crystal Lida Beaches, Lida Township on Crystal Lake, tabled from the November meeting. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unani mously carried, to grant a 2' variance, on the condition the small storage shed be removed, and no closer to lake than existing cottage, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. Echo Ranch Proper^, Lot 22, 3rd Add'n to Echo Ranch Riviera, request tabled from the November meeting, was withdrawn by the applicant.
