Voting; All members in favor, except Olson voted no. A motion by Stringer, second by Olson to approve the conditional use application of John Olson/David Bjork, Otter Tail River, 56- OTR, R&S, in Pt. of G.L. 5, Section 7 and Pt. of NW 1/4, Section 8 of Buse Township as presented and to allow the work to be done up through December 1, 1988. Voting; All members in favor. Denied; and also that this area is primarily a residential area. Approved; A motion by Ackley, second by Petterson to approve the conditional use application of George Zender/Lloyd Danzeisen. Hoot Lake, 56-7 62, W, Gov't, Lots 3 & 4, 130' on Lake called Lot 5, Section 30, Aurdal Township to permit the excavation down to a level established at the NW lotline stake go 30 feet south (from the NW lotline stake) then go 15 feet N from the center of the oak tree and is allowed to cut along the line between these two points; all exposed areas must be sodded and there is no brush to be removed lakeside of the bank; the finished grade must slope landward. Richard Nitz (attorney) represented David Jacobson and expressed concerns regarding the request and Mrs. Zender spoke favorably regarding this project.
