It was noted that this is a very minor variance request and that the current placement of the mobile home does not obstruct the view of the adjacent property owner. Herbert Miller - Approved Herbert Miller, Battle Lake, MN, requested a variance of approximately 7’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 12’ by 18’ sun porch addition to an existing structure located approximately 93’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that this is a reasonable request. It should be noted that the road splits the house from the lake. Evelyn Bull - Denied Evelyn Bull, Richfield, MN, requested a variance of approximately 49’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the addition of a 12’ by 16’ three season porch to an existing structure located approximately 51’ from the ordinary high water level.
