Robert Sieling - Approved Robert Sieling, New York Mills, MN, requested a variance of 39' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the construction of a screen porch to the existing structure. The property is described as Sublot C of Government Lot 2, Section 21 in Pine Lake Township on Big Pine Lake. Elaine Matz represented the applicant at the hearing. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration. motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a 39' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the construction of a screen porch to the existing structure. This addition will not change the existing building line. John and Marie Anderson - Withdrawn John and Marie Anderson, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance to split a parcel of less than 2.5 acres without platting.
