Fill material consisted of wood chips, woody vegetation, miscellaneous wood products, and clay fill. Area also consisted of excavated ditches, and the placement of drain tile. This order is issued pursuant to Mirin. StaL § 103G.2372 and MN Rule part 8420.0290. VIOLATION OF TfflS ORDER IS A MISDEMEANOR AND A DEED RESTRICTION COULD BE PLACED ON THE PROPERTY. You must either: A. Provide for restoration of the wetland in the manner required by this order. Complete restoration must be accomplished on or before 11/1/2008: or B. All fill placed after the 2004 TEP site visit must be removed. All ditches must be filled in to natural grade, and tile must be removed. Proper erosion control measures must be taken to avoid any wetland/ river impacts. Prior to commencing work you must contact Brad Mergens at West Otter Tail SWCD, or Kyle Westergard at Otter Tail County Land and Resource. The Soil and WatebConservaion District can only certify the restoration when the functions and values are restored within the wetland.
