Originally 3.0 acres were purchased. This parcel had an older home on it which was used for a residence. A variance was given later to split off a portion 150' wide on the east side where a new home was built. An additional 11.79 acres directly west and adjoining the 3 acres was purchased. This request is in order to sell off the area on which the old home sits. It will leave an area 144' wide which will then become part of the 11.79 acres which were purchased separately from the original 3 acres. The portion split off earlier that now has the new home on it is where Hutchins lives. The remaining 11.79 acres and balance of the 3 acres is used for raising trees as part of a tree service. The Buse town board approved this split in October 1991. Request a variance to split an existing parcel Into two parcels of less than 2.5 acres each One parcel would have a width of 11 O' and a depth of 323' the other parcel would have a width of 144' and a depth of 323'.
