( MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THEOTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Noventoer 1, 1984 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustitent met Thursday, Noventoer 1, 1984, in the County Board Rocm, Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN, with George miter, Roger Marty, June I^an, Thomas Stringer, Craig Anderson and John Everts present. Chairman Walter declared the meeting open at 7:00 p.m the minutes of October 4 on the Jean Goff approval to read "one dwelling on each lot, trailer on one lot and cabin on the other lot", said minutes were approved as corrected. and with a correction on• $ The following applications for variance were heard; Donald Boom, Wheaton, MN, requested permission to split one parcel into tsuo of less than 2h acres, one with 100' of frontage, 20,000 square feet of area, the other 160' frontage with 20,000 square feet of area, in G.L. 2, Secti^ ij^. Eagle lake Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to approve, for the reason the lots are eidequate in size, are larger than most of the other lots in the area, have adequate lake frontage, and will have a surveyor's drawing, no precedence being set in this area as it is totally developed. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried. Louisa Horstmann, New York Mills, MN, requested permission to ccxivey a parcel of less than 2^s acres without platting or without providing a surveyor's drawing, out of the E^sSE^ of Section 7, Bluff ton Tcwnship. After consideration, notion was made by Craig Ancterson, seconded by Roger Marty and carried, to approve, fits rules for adequate building site, approved without applicant being present as reasonable not to ej^iect a lady of the ^licant's age to drive that many miles into Fergus Falls to attend hearing.
