MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a 5’ setback
from the septic tank, which should line the 24’ by 24’ garage up with the west side of the existing home. It was noted
that the variance from the septic tank is being granted against an unoccupied building.
