John Stronterg, Wadena, MN, requested permission to build a three season addition to
cabin 33' fron lake, on a parcel called Lots D & E, Section 25, Gorman Township. AFter
consideration, notion was made by John Everts, seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously
carried, to approve, providing the 16' x 18' addition can meet the "String Test", being
no closer to the lake than the neighbors on either side.
John & Meiry Peterson, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to allow a storage shed
to remain 12' from lake, on lot 5, John's Cove, Maine Township.After consideration,
and listening to the various interested parties, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann
to grant the variance as requested, cannot be seen from the house due to the unique
topograf^c character of this property, no precedence being set in this area, secure
The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried unanimously.area for storage.
Melvyn W. Townsend, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to allow a mdDile home and
a self-contained trailer house to be located on Lots 1, 8 & 9, Section 14, Elizabeth
Township, for security and protection of property. After listening to the various
interested parties, motion was made by Roger Marty, seconded by John Everts and carried,
to deny, no adequate hardship shown.

feet frcin lot line on Lots 13 & 14, Pul ford's Beach, Amor Township. After considera
tion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and unanimously
carried, to deny, no adequate hardship shewn, with a lot this size having viable alter
natives for placement of the garage that woiold meet the ordinance requirements.
