After additional consideration and discussion, Michael Conlon made a motion second Steve Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling and Paul Larson voting no, to approve a variance of 5’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the proposed development as depicted on the drawing as submitted by the applicants with the condition that the structure which connects the applicants’ existing garage with the neighbor’s garage must be removed before a site permit for the proposed development can be issued and with the condition that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. (:i ■ ; In light of additional information concerning lot size and impervious material we would like to make the following changes to the property at 38538 Walker Lake Drive (parcel R 0200099068000). Changes to lot size; Increase property line between lots 8 and 9 from 97.2 feet to 109.2 feet. The Pulford beach drawing on record at Assessors Office shows there is an additional 12 feet between the back survey marker and the OHWL. Increase property line between lots 10 and 11 from 103 feet to 112 feet. The same drawing shows there is an additional 10 feet between the back survey marker and the OHWL. This increases the property square footage to 11344 and the allowable in impervious material to 2836. Changes to impervious material; Decrease garage length from 30 feet to 26 feet. Decrease deck length from 24 feet to 22 feet. Decrease deck width in impervious material from 14 feet to 12.5 feet. Decrease sidewalk width from 5 feet to 3.5 feet. Add 353 square feet for driveway. This brings the total square footage of impervious material to 2793 = 24.6 % of total lot area. These changes reflect removal of the existing shed after project completion and its contents transferred to the new addition. Variance request number 4 should include the whole 18 foot width of existing house in order to put new roof over existing house.
