Scott and Cherie Mehsching - Approved the application as requested with conditions. (7:05 p.m.)
After consideration and'discussion, Thomas Lee made a motion; second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 50’ from the'i|equired ordinary high water, level setback of 50' for.the placement of a new model mobile home y
(approximately 16’ by 76|) 50’ from the ordinary high wafer level with the conditions that no'more than 25% of the total eligible.lpt-,
area can be-covered with impervious surfaces, the required setbacks from'the side lot lines and the septic system must be
maintained. It was noted that the proposed development will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure. The variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development.
