Charles E and Barbara B Keeler'- Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (9:00 p.m.)

After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried with
Paul Larson abstaining, to approve a variance of 7 to 7,5’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the
placement of a 314 square foot addition 2.5 to 3’ from the east lot'line with the condition that the structure used as a
second dwelling must be converted to a nonresidential structure. The Board noted that the proposed development is
on the backside of the existing structure away from the lake and the proposed development will be no closer to the lot
line than the existing structure. The variance as granted is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment.
Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
