MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
After consideration the following motions were made; 1.) Motion by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and
unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 4'4" from the required side lot line setback of 1 O’ for an addition to
an existing dwelling. The addition will be no closer to the side lot line than the existing structure. 2.) Motion by
Cecil Femling, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried to approve a 4’ variance from the required side
lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of a 16’ by 28' garage 6' from the sicte lot line.
