ALIGN THE NEW HOUSE WITH THE EXISTING ZENNER CABIN AND THE DECK OF THE
EXISTING HUKRIEDE CABIN.
MOVED IF WE HAVE THE ADDITIONAL 12 FEET.
PRESERVE TWO MATURE OAK TREES.
THE 12 FEET WILL ALSO PROVIDE A MORE CONVENIENT ACCESS FOR MAINTENACE
OF THE WELL.

Motion was made by Cecil Femiing, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
deny the variance as requested and to allow the applicant to build up to what string line
would permit. The applicant must stay at least 10' away from the septic tank.
