Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 5’
from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of an addition to an existing dwelling 5’ from the lot line. It
should be noted that the applicant’s proposed development cannot exceed 25% of the total lot area. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
