to the applicant’s cabin so long as no portion of the addition exceeds the string line and with the following conditions:
Date of hearing:
1. That any part of the addition that exceeds the string line must be removed by October 1st, 1996,
2. That the old cabin identified on the applicant’s drawing must be removed by October 1st, 1996,
3. That the old shed identified on the applicant’s drawing must be removed by October 1st, 1996,
and,
4. The applicant must apply for an after the fact site permit for the addition.

Mark Johnson • Modification of the April 4th, 1996 Minutes
Mark A. Johnson, Phoenix, AZ, requested a variance of approximately 8’ from the required ordinary high water level
setback of 75’ for an addition to an existing cabin approximately 67’ from the ordinary high water level. The property
is described as Lot 11 and the west half of Lot 12, Recreation Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Township. The
applicant was represented at the April 4th, 1996, public hearing by Kenneth Kvamme. The following motion carried at
the April 4th, 1996^/meeting: Motion by^Ge^e Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
allow the existing addition to'the^applicant s cabin so long as no portion of the addition exceeds the string line and with
the following conditions:’■ €h'€)

carried with Craig Anderson voting no, to modify the above motion by approving a variance of approximately 8’ from
the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an addition to an existing cabin approximately 67’ from the
ordinary high water level with the following conditions:
1. That the old cabin identified on the applicant’s drawing must be removed by October 1st, 1996,
2. That the old shed identified on the applicant’s drawing must be removed by October 1st, 1996,
3. That the boat house identified on the applicant’s drawing must be removed by October 1st, 1996, and
4. That the existing open porch area must remain open (no screen or glass enclosure).
