The property is described as Lot 11 and the west half of Lot 12, Recreation Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Township. The applicant was represented at the April 4th, 1996, public hearing by Kenneth Kvamme. The following motion carried at the April 4th, 1996^/meeting: Motion by^Ge^e Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to allow the existing addition to'the^applicant s cabin so long as no portion of the addition exceeds the string line and with the following conditions:’■ €h'€) 1.
