Robert and Helen S Jacobson - Approved with condition.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried; to approve a variance of
25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the remodeling of an existing dwelling, for the
enclosure of the area between the existing dwelling and the existing guest house with the condition that the garage
must be brought into compliance and must not be used as an additional dwelling unit. It was noted that the applicants’
proposed project would be no closer to the ordinary high water level or lot lines than the existing structures.
