After consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Les Estes and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the enclosure on an existing patio located approximately 50’ from the
ordinary high water level as the patio is already covered by a roof.
