The applicant has not appeared at any of the scheduled meetings and the applicant has not responded to the letters send by the Auditor's office advising the applicant of the meetings. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested due to the failure of the applicant to appear at the scheduled hearings /7.
