MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Bert Olson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 2’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of a
24' by 24' attached garage, Hardship being a substandard lot of record. This variance request is
not unreasonable as the lot lines are not perpendicular to the lake and the structures are set
perpendicular to the lake creating a unique situation that requires a variance,
