Tony Scander - Approved
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
2.5’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for a 24’ by 28’ addition 7.5’ from the side lot line. The proposed
addition is on the backside of the existing structure away from the lake and is no closer to the ordinary high water level
than the existing structure. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
