VjoufcwvWr I MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT November 18, 1999 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, November 18, 1999, with the following persons in attendance; Les Estes John Everts Cecil Femling David Holmgren Randy Mann Mark Steuart Kyle Westergard, Land and Resource Management Call to Order - The Chair called the meeting to order at 7;00 p.m. Minutes Approved - Upon a motion by Mark Steuart, second by John Everts and unanimously carried, the minutes of the November 4, 1999, meeting was approved with the following revision: j. stich Was- After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Mark Steuart and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested. |„u,Revision r JSr The statement “as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested” is removed from the above motion and replaced with a statement indicating that the request is being deny because members of the Board of Adjustment felt that an appropriate first step would be a review of the conditional use permit by the Planning Commission as this review would provide additional information that would assist the Board of Adjustment when considering the applicant’s subdivision request and the existence of a hardship.
