Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the
establishment of two metes and bounds parcels with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be
provided. It was noted that both parcels would have access to a public road. The parcel adjacent to Old County Road
#1 will also included the most westerly 114’ by 228’ of the back area as shown on the applicant’s drawing
(approximate size) and the other parcel adjacent to County Road #72 will be the most easterly 114’ by 228’. The
granting of this variance will help the applicants separate the commercial portion of their property from the homestead
portion.
