Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Mark Steuart and carried, with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve a variance for the screen porch with the condition that the applicants must make the adjustments to the screen porch as stated in their variance application and to approve a variance for an approximately 28’ wide addition directly to the back of the existing dwelling with the condition that the run off from both the existing structure and the proposed addition must be directed to the back of the lot and away from the lake. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was also noted that all construction is to the rear of the existing dwelling and none of the proposals are any closer to the bluff than the exiting dwelling.
